Kanen has 7+ years of experience in sales and management at various dealerships in the car industry. His previous position as the internet manager of Toyota Langley involved the structure and organization of lead flow and management of the connection between sales staff and prospects.
With a proven track record of leadership, strategic development and execution resulting in driving growth and shareholder value, Kanen was made the COO of Empower Lifestyle Group Ltd. He is the mastermind behind all company operations, from designing and building the technology and systematic processes responsible for organizing and storing data for the entire company to the day to day operations.
His expertise has enabled Empower to have the necessary technological infrastructure to build and scale with speed, opening up the doors for us to have nationwide reach upon launch. Kanen is also responsible for onboarding new sales agents into Empower’s systems and workflows, as well as providing the training they need to become fully integrated with our internal processes.
